We live in Avon, so we visit Charbonos fairly often. The one constant problem we have is the quality of the side vegetables for some reason. We always ask the server to ensure they're not overcooked - whether it's steamed or sautéed I don't care. However, they seem to have an inability to not serve overcooked, mushy veggies with a really good entrée... Fix that little issue and you're batting average goes up to all star levels!
The staff was very good. The waitress told us the specials of the day. The prime rib was excellent. Bake potatoes could have been a little bigger, but they were good. Bread was fantastic. It was great visit.
