Service was good. Risotto was underdone. Food was slow to come out for as little business they had at the time.

We dined at Charbono's for Valentine's Day and it was absolutely wonderful. The only item at issue was that our waitress seemed to be "breaking" under the holiday stress. I had to remind her to bring my husband his drink from the bar, my food was served without my baked potato and I could not get her attention to assist us. A manager noticed my attempt at flagging her down and immediately brought the item out to me and humbly apologized for the over site. Our online reservation included the comment that we were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. We would have appreciated a congratulatory comment from at least our server. It seemed rather noisy where we were seated. Would have loved to be able to hear more of the great music playing in the background. The food, however, was fantastic. I had tilapia with sausage & shrimp, my bride of 55 years had chicken parmesan. Both were delicious and plentiful.

Wonderful lunch at Charbonos. The food was truly lovely and it is always nice to have cloth napkins, nice glassware, and professional service. I highly recommend the lunch!
