This restaurant is a great locally owned establishment. They have consistently good food as well as great service. I had the Prime Rib medium rare, and it did not disappoint. A very good flavorful cut was served. They have great seafood and pasta choices as well so everyone in your party can get what they want.

This was our first experience at Charbonos. Our server was patient in describing some of the menu. The food was cooked perfect and we all loved it! Will go again.
