Outstanding rotisserie chicken, great shrimp, calamari perfectly prepared. Creme brûlée excellent
No complaints about food Staff was friendly and helpful Ambience was unnoticed Service was slower than we would have liked Service for 10 was slow in providing bread, and delivering meals. The restaurant didn't appear to be crowded. However, when the meals were ready, many of the servers pitched in to serve immediately.
What a nice lunch for around $10! What a fabulous value- the FOOD is WONDERFUL! I am a big fan of the spinach melt sandwich. Add on dessert, and WOW! The creme brulee is among the best in the Indianapolis area. Cloth napkins, professional service, friendly, interesting menu. Highly recommend!
Why are we regulars? Because we can count on Charbonos for a delicious meal. Their specials are special and always worth a try...old standbys equally good. Rotisserie chicken is tender, flavorful and generous. Can't go wrong with Applewood chicken or wedge salads. Loved this meal.
As usual we completely enjoyed our evening. Excellent service, great food and a nice relaxing family night.
Highly recommend the creme brulee! The carmelized top was warm, and the fresh strawberries and REAL whipped cream on top, with the smooth, rich custard- FABULOUS! I also love the bacon-spinach melt sandwich that is available for lunch. DELICIOUS! Our service was excellent despite being there late in the lunch hour. Professional, friendly service at all times of the day. Excellent lunch to celebrate a birthday.
Charbonos menu is excellent, providing many choices and delicious entrees. The restaurant decor is very warm and welcoming. Staff has always been very good and you do not feel rushed when you dine.
I have 3 kids under 6 years of age and hate going out to eat because we're always the loudest group, this place has a lot of white noise, not a bad thing at all, it's not Ruth Chris quiet. My family just blends in and doesn't stick out like a soar thumb! Menu is upscale which is nice since we eat a lot at places like Applebee's! Love this place!!!!
I was tired on the downtown scene for new years eve so got a reservation at Charbonos in avon ind. The service was great, we had a prime rib= cooked to perfection! Awesome wine to accompany the meal and carrot cake and coffee. Didn't want to leave but will return soon.. maybe valentines day!! get reservations!
