The dining experience was excellent. I visit Charbono"s often and wil continue to do so.
The food was wonderful. The room was way too noisy, though.
We have eaten at Charbonos at least 3 times and have never been disappointed. Food and service are great. Even my picky 10 year old daughter was happy.
Service and food was fantastic!
Everything was excellent, exceeding the expectations of a first-time diner. The food took longer than expected to arrive, but that is sometimes unavoidable.
The Easter Buffet left a lot to want. You couldnot even tell what the beef tips were. The salads all tasted the same. The chocolate cake fell apart when you touched it to get it out of the pan. The only really good item on the buffet was the chicken.
The food was fantastic, but the overall experience was just so so. It was very loud and they cram people in there like sardines. The seating is not comfortable at all and the service was mediocore. All of the servers were running around acting very confused. This is definately NOT the place to take your wife on your anniversary. The food is very good and more than likely is the only reason it is so busy.
I have always found Charbonos and its sister restaurants to be very good. I have noticed over the last couple of years that the portion sizes have been cut in half. I know times are hard but it is disappointing to be charged the same amount and see half the food. Makes me just want to dine at home. Charbonos does have excellent steaks and a great atmosphere!
Been here many times. Always get great service and the food is always excellent . Very creative chef who features execellent specials with beef seafood and pasta to mention a few. Great place to celebrate a special occassion.
