Arrived on time to find that we still had to wait almost 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. I wasn't surprised since it was New Year's Eve. Once we were seated, our service and food were very good.

Overall the six of us liked Charbonos and will return. The food was better than many in Avon and the service was good. The only complaint I have is that they seated us at a PLASTIC table right next to the front door and all that cold glass. This was very disappointing for what we paid for the meal.

Food and service was good. Large private party in at the same time. High ceilings with metal ceilings cause excessive noise. Made conversation nearly impossible. This was the only negative in an otherwise fine experience.

I've eaten here a few times for lunch and it's pretty good. The flatbread I had this last time was not good at all. The "crust" was a stale tastless cracker with semi flavorful toppings. The calamari was tasty and so was the potato soup. I will probably go back.

We love this restaurant..great if you just want salad or pizza but also has great steaks/seafood.

I don't know if it's the ceiling or floor but the noise is a bit much for talking in our group of 4. However, we managed and had a very good time. We've never been disappointed at Charbonos.

We had a party of 5. Everyone ordered a different dish and all were pleased. From fish, to beef, to pork. All good. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive.
