😡😡😡Where do I begin with this clown show. I bought a new truck from them even though I wasn't happy with the deal and regret not walking out. Part of the deal included them installing a tonneau cover on the truck. The first appointment to have it installed caused me to sit in their waiting area for half a day just to find out they got the wrong cover. I've been waiting for my car for 2 hours for a simple oil change my car has been finished for about 35 minutes now and still haven't received my keys and yes I've asked multiple times already employees just talking in a circle not helpful at all

Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen are the worst group of people I have ever had to deal with and after what they did to me today I can honestly say that I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle there for any kind of service again. A while back they had a promotion for a total of five oil changes for $89.99 and I bought and paid for the card because that's where I get my oil changed. Porq te Dicen q tienen garantía y cuando se te descompone el carro por x rason te salen que tienes que pagar y nadamas te duran unos cuantos meses el carro y tratan de comprártelo para atrás y te quieren vender otro más caro

We purchased a Nissan at another dealership but live in Harlingen. When we needed our first service we went to Charlie Clark Nissan. They promoted a deal on prepurchasing oil changes so we did. Shortly thereafter we needed a small repair. The warranty information Wasn't correctly inputted in their system. Upon getting it correct the person assisting me said they liked in the glove box but couldn't find it. They looked in our private space without approval? This is not a good place to purchase a vehicle. Sales managers don’t know what is going on and will lie straight to your face about unfinished work on your vehicle. I should’ve stayed with Payne Auto. Lesson learned.

The service center is trash I made an appointment and still waited 20 minutes on my lunch break I had to go inside the office to ask someone to assist me and they told me that I still have to continue to wait while everybody’s sitting inside talking when they have a huge line outside and nobody’s been assisted every single time I’ve gone for the past year if I would’ve known this when signing my contract I would’ve never gotten oil changes

I wasn't supposed to have free oil changes for life. I knew that. However, on my last visit,, I had a question on something that showed up on my service report (regarding a canceled warranty). While I was waiting to talk to finance about the warranty situation., the Svc. manager comes to get me and was like ma'am I have good news.
