I've bought two vehicles from Charlie Clark in Harlingen and I have never been happier! Their customer service is grade A and all their people are educated on all their product! They have GREAT TEAMWORK and they truly care about their customers!!!!
I don't recommend
Purchased my 3rd vehicle from them! They charged me for window tint $700 dollars come to find out my vehicle was not even tinted at all it just had privacy glass from factory! Every time. I call I just get the run around! If you buying a car from them make sure your vehicle is tinted because they charge you for it! Never buying another vehicle here again!
I’ve been going to the dealership in Harlingen since I got out my truck in 2021 and I’ve never complained until now today that I went to get the oil change done, and I spoke to the service manager and told him who is gonna fix my hood that they messed up and made me feel that it was my fault when they are the only who have been doing the oil change on it and when I was home before going in I checked if my truck had water to my surprise it fell on my head and so I called the manager and said to take it in to get it checked an... read more

Today was the last day I’m ever taking my car here for service. I scheduled my appointment for just an oil change at 8:30. I showed up on time. Took over 10 minutes for someone to even come to my car to attend to me. I understand oil changes take an hour to two hours, but five hours is inexcusable. If I had known it was gonna take that long I would’ve just left the vehicle there.
