I just bought a frontier from Charlie Clark In Harlingen..worst place to buy a vehicle .. They will add many extra add-ons without your consent so be careful.I’m a disabled veteran and they had no mercy! The finance department did not show me numbers of all add ons that I did not ask for and they refused to take them off! It is unacceptable for that kind of treatment from a person i respected and this being the 2nd vehicle I bout from them! Purchased my 3rd vehicle from them! They charged me for window tint $700 dollars come to find out my vehicle was not even tinted at all it just had privacy glass from factory! Every time. I call I just get the run around! If you buying a car from them make sure your vehicle is tinted because they charge you for it! Never buying another vehicle here again!
I’ve been going to the dealership in Harlingen since I got out my truck in 2021 and I’ve never complained until now today that I went to get the oil change done, and I spoke to the service manager and told him who is gonna fix my hood that they messed up and made me feel that it was my fault when they are the only who have been doing the oil change on it and when I was home before going in I checked if my truck had water to my surprise it fell on my head and so I called the manager and said to take it in to get it checked an... read more
