I bought my "new" 2016 Nissan Altima in December 2016. The car already had the tint installed but it had the charge already on the sticker, mind you I had asked to see if it could be included at no charge which they had said yes, well to my surprise as I'm signing my contract the charge for tint is there. They lie about the warranty just so they can make a sale. They don't care about the customer just the commission

VERY CROOKED PEOPLE!!!! I DELT WITH A PERSON WHO CRUNCHED NUMBERS TO GET ME TO WHERE I NEEDED TO BE IN ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF MY 2016 FRONTIER AND WHEN IT CAME TIME TO SIGN THE FINAL AGREEMENT THE MAN RECANTED WHAT WE HAD AGREED ON THEY ENDED UP NOT GIVING ME THE REBATES THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME.... ■ I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM CHARLIE CLARK EVER AGAIN ■ THEY ARE VERY CROOKED PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH AND THEY LOST A FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!
The salesman was great but his manager was rude and was laughing at us like if we were a joke.
Tried the online scheduling site, left a message on the service department's voice mail, with no response from either. I finally called the service department again the next day to schedule a recall service. The young woman answering the phone said my VIN number did not exist. I conclude they are much more interested in selling cars than in providing service and repairs.
