I would like to start with Mike Gonzalez (GSM) He is not professional with his employees. He is constantly talking down to multiple people making it seem like they don’t do enough instead of lending a hand and making them better. He is always talking horrible about people (What kind of GSM is that, he needs to set a good example which he is far from doing). If you are a woman don't bother coming here. they will treat like your dumb, lie to you and try to con you. state that optional items are a requirement, like clear coat that 2000 . plus won't come down off msrp even though they said they would at the beginning. True scam artist for women. do not recommend.
I was very disappointed. I bought a Toyota CHR and they never gave me the lock for the tires. A month after buying the car battery, I decided to buy a new battery and no one from Nissan wanted to help me. They sent me to the Toyota dealer. I had to buy a new battery myself and now I am still asking them for the lock to rotate the tires and nothing. Very disappointed.
They are not reliable. Their system got hacked. All our information is out there now. Be careful who you make business with when their system is faulty. 😭😭😭😭
Blocked on the Charlie Clark El Paso Facebook page so I’m posting here. Childish on their part to try to censor my honest review of the 💩show that they have put us through. 8 months after purchasing a 2019 Chevy Traverse, we still don’t have Texas plates for our vehicle. 😡😡😡Where do I begin with this clown show. I bought a new truck from them even though I wasn't happy with the deal and regret not walking out. Part of the deal included them installing a tonneau cover on the truck. The first appointment to have it installed caused me to sit in their waiting area for half a day just to find out they got the wrong cover. I've been waiting for my car for 2 hours for a simple oil change my car has been finished for about 35 minutes now and still haven't received my keys and yes I've asked multiple times already employees just talking in a circle not helpful at all

Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen are the worst group of people I have ever had to deal with and after what they did to me today I can honestly say that I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle there for any kind of service again. A while back they had a promotion for a total of five oil changes for $89.99 and I bought and paid for the card because that's where I get my oil changed.
