😡😡😡😡😡Today CHARLIE CLARK “Top Seller” Harlingen office tried to Rip me off. Attached you can see the images he sent me on a Nissan Sentra SR I was trying to buy for work. This individual deserves to be exposed because he is committing fraud with people who fall into their lies. I dont think Ive ever gone in to a dealer ship and asked how much the price of a vehicle is and not have it answered from start to finish at all.. I must have asked 10 times...go as for and attempt to have me sign that I would take their offer the same day if they got my payment to where it was and still not tell the price of the vehicle or my trade in and then withhold my keys from me claiming they were soing the trsde in when my car was sitting infront of the store the entore time just to try and get me to talk to someone ... read more

I almost said no to the recommendation question because of my experience today, not with the service department, because Michael was great, but because Frank Sanchez from the Nissan Used Cars seems to have forgotten that taking care of the customer after the sale is just as important. Without going into details, he tried to treat me like a person that he could talk down to. All I wanted was my car to drive right and safely most of all. Very disappointing experience. My brother has been trying to buy a car and all he has gotten is the run around and his credit run thru 10 banks and still no response. all they've done is pass the problem to another person who has to start the process all over again. He should have just gone with my guys at Bert Ogden, he would have already been in a car, they've always taken care of me and the rest of our family always with no problems.

I would say yes but kinda upset I purchased a 2019 sentra I didnt ring the bell my picture was taken but I never saw it on the Facebook page!Are you able to tell me why ?

Nothing bunch of lies they say that oil changes are free for life but when you go they excuses service sucks customer service is really bad and Brownsville is the same never again would i buy a car from them

Will never Get a car from here again.... Didn't let us see the contract and the sales rep told us that our old car would be taken care of... Turns out he lied and now its on our payment came out too 500 a month plus 146 for insurance.... So disappointed. I had to let go of my car because of the high payment.

yesterday my parents went by to try to get a car and they were not treated right. they told them what price they were comfortable with and when they couldnt meet it they wouldnt let my parents leave. they had my parents IDs and personal info and they just wouldnt give it back when they would ask for it so they could leave and them being so desperate to make the sale kept telling them hold on when in reality my dad is sick and not feeling good at this time and wanted to leave.
