Extremely bad customer service the worst , sale person Francisco kept on sending me threatening message because of documents needed, that I had told I couldn't get till few weeks when I told him go get car and give my money back he acted like a coward and didn't answer back!!! worst services ever never ever going back and will never recommend.

Been going for years to service the rogue we got from there with no problems. Today, my wife went for an oil change and by the time she got home there was no more oil. They forgot to put the oil cap back on...

Went in for an oil change and came out with dirty oil. Glad I checked it right after they returned the keys to me. I will never do business with CCN again.

Service is aweful !! Took it in to get the fuel pump fixed and they killed the battery and gave me a car leaking gas. I guess if you don’t pay for all the extra stuff they want to do they charge your extended warranty 900 you 50 and give you a broken car. No pos wow! Oh and to add insult to injury they DON’T have a complaint department and the General Manager refuses to talk to you. But when we were buying the car .,. They talked about their great service. Whatever

A few weeks ago I was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler we were told by the sales person (female) on the phone they had several options for us. We told her what price range, what payments we were looking for. She said come on down to our used lot in Harlingen we went from Pharr because she said there was no problem. Sales guy super nice don’t get me wrong he tried to help but the manager didn’t want to sell me the Jeep listed on the website for 25/26 he upped it to 30,000 I told him I wanted under $500 payments he offers me 690. ... read more

Tome la decisión equivocada en adquirir una Pathfinder 2017 sin tomar en cuenta a mi esposo por elegir a Toyota a 4 meses de tener la SUV mostró daños en la pintura no quisieron aceptar que son problemas de fábrica, me asesore con un ajustador para corroborrar que es un defecto de pintura que viene de fábrica, no tránsito largas distancias ni highway para que se esté dañando de esta manera, en cuatro meses sólo tiene 2400 mi. Me preocupa como va a quedar cuando termine de pagarla.

I went spent like 5 hours there just for them to tell me i didnt qualify.. And i did tell them my credit wasnt so great.. They insisted i would take a vehicle and Nada.. So i went after some months to Bert Ogden Toyota and took about 3to5 hours but i got to take a car home and the payments were great!
