find somewhere else to stay ( the property should just move the windows were broken and didn’t open, the trundle bed was broken, there was empty fillable shampoo and soap ( so we didn’t have any), and stated that they would have bagels until 1030 that ran out of them at 10, one of the creams for the coffee was rancid, the parking situation was awful ( people couldn’t get in and out of the parking lot behind the building ( people had to ask other people to move their car), there was a cement block in the parking lot so people... read more

Your lady friend was yelling at the manager that we did not have a full length mirror to help a person dress. You also said that there was a crack in the door, which there isn’t. We needed the get away but will never stay here again cleanliness of room, (look like possibly black mold in bathroom) safety of room no safety lock on door. No outlets to use. in todays age where every thing needs to charge there was not any outlets to use. There was actually an extension cord which we were not about to use for safety reasons. Worst experience ever The single bed rooms are extremely small and off from the front of the property. Have different corridors for these rooms. Nothing like the pics and it's off season. The heater was on 90 and it blew cold air. The room was freezing and the walls are extremely thin you can hear everything. In room 101 the room was so thin I heard the people next toe their conversation. I was sick so I tried to cancel but was told management refused. Upon review of the security video we were not told that you were sick or the lack of heat in your room. When you informed the clerk that you were not happy with your room, she moved you to one of the two remaining rooms. After using the new room you told the desk clerk that you just wanted to go home to deal with your credit card situation we did check the heat unit upon seeing your statement and found it to be in working order. Needs major updating. The owners or employees were rude. Even a good morning was not acknowledged.

Thank you for your feedback. This year, we have made many upgrades and repairs. We a have several more planned for this upcoming year. Not sure what things you feel were in need of modernization, so we cannot address what you are referring to. Our staff is usually quite busy beginning at 8 am, stocking the breakfast and coffee bar, checking guests out, communicating with housekeeping and other staff as well as answering the busy phones. If you are only sleeping there it is great. The bathroom was very small including the shower. The water pressure was good like a fire hose. The person cleaning the rooms was very nice and replaced towels. The room was bright and clean. I felt safe with the door and magnetic key. The people staying were nice. You are right across from the Ocean & Boardwalk.
