Poor The first room they gave us had black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the second room was better except for the sand on the floor, the shower not spaying to full capacity, and also the electric outlets being loose in the walls,and the stains on the curtains. The location to the beach and board walk.
Disappointing
Avoid this place Beds awful, cobwebs, broken lights, smelled. Paid extra for ocean view, but no balcony and if you opened your blinds the people walking in can see in your room. Smelled like pot all the time, so the caliber of people staying there was shady Nothing

We are a smoke free property, weed included and as such wish you had brought this to our attention so we could've dealt with the situation and make your stay more enjoyable. As you may be aware discrimination is illegal and wrong so we can not filter guests, but when we are aware of transgressions such as smoking or partying we handle the offending guests to ensure all that stay with us can enjoy their vacation. If you wanted a balcony room then one should've been requested. :)

Fair Did not like the staff; the check in time was ridiculous, Charged for a full night and I couldn’t even get into until 4 o’clock. Will not be coming back What breakfast????!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We don't say we have breakfast, and 4pm checkin is very much industry standard, especially for fully rented properties as we need to check out the precious guest and clean the room.
Bad Everything Nothing
Great location, okay motel The ladies who own and run the hotel were very nice, but we didn’t see them after our check-in. Most people working there were very nice and helpful but one young girl in the office was super rude and no help at all. We had ants in our room and heard from guests next door who stay all the time that that room always has ants. When we mentioned it to the office, nothing at all was done about it. Poor The staff wasn’t welcoming at all, couldn’t even get a smile out of the girl at the front desk when checking in. She explained nothing to us and we didn’t even get as much as an “Enjoy your stay.” Very cold and made us feel like we were bothering her when it’s her job to make guests feel welcome! The rooms were very outdated and the bathroom was gross. Thank you for the feedback and we apologize for the cold welcome. We will look into the issue but likely it's just from a tired staff. We are all doing our very best as we work through understaffing due to national labor shortages. We appreciate you letting us know about the drain, we are booked every room nearly everyday so if folks like yourself don't let us know about an issue we can't know about it. :)
