Disappointing The rooms need ceilings to be repainted and the upstairs room was leaking water into our room making it slippery to walk on floor. Told staff and they just gave us extra towels to put down. It’s a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk

Under staffed. It was fairly dirty, the hotel attendent explained they were short staffed but we should have reciebef the room for half the price considering we got half the service and the towels and linens were dirty we had to go out and buy our own. I loved the location and the room design was good.

Hi Robert, We are understaffed as are nearly all hospitality and restaurants due to the national labor shortage in these industries. I'm glad you seem to have not been affected in your role, and we appreciate your patronage. Half seems unfair as your room was clean, still across the street from the beach, coffee on tap, the ONLY amenity we aren't offering this year so far is bagels and daily room service, not unlike the industry standard at the moment.
not nice the owner of this motel is rude and obnoxious-people forget so quickly about covid and how they lost business and money-now its back to normal and they don't care about being nice-they don't need your business anymore-i would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone-the owner needs to take a course in common courtesy there was no breakfast at this hotel-had to walk to a restaurant to get breakfast

Hi Jean, Thank you for your feedback. We see we were able to check you in early, but couldn't accommodate your second car as we were full. We may have missed something but after reviewing the footage it looks like it was issue free. We are still in a covid world and trying to limit high touch areas like breakfast but it is absolutely on our radar to bring back bagels. We don't want to be the first in the area to do so in risk of being / looking lax. When it becomes a standard offered amenity again we will bring it back.
Good location but glad we are only staying for 1 night The cleanliness of the room and pool were not great The location was excellent

Horrible Asked for high floor got a room on the first floor right next to the office so I can hear them having conversations and the guest upstairs kid was stomping making noise all night and morning. Being next to the beach

Thank you for the feedback Jasmine. This room was reserved day of at 4 30pm and we had nothing else available at the time as we were 100% booked. The reservation was booked for a single room and the guest did not pay the surcharge for upstairs rooms. The noise heard above was likely the small child who we asked to please keep it down. :)
Not what was expected. Lady at the front desk was rude Everything ! Starting from how this place was advertised The room said queen , the bed was a full. It was also advertised with a pool. The pool was under construction. There were ants in the room . I checked out the next day

I am sorry your expecting fiancé was not feeling well causing you to check out early. I do not have any full beds in the motel. Your room is furnished with a queen bed. The pool was repainted and will be open as usual for Memorial Day weekend. Had you informed us of any ants in the room, we would have addressed that immediately. I am sorry you felt we were rude when you were informed of the policy regarding early check outs.
Undesirables There were some horrible people staying there, and the management did nothing to control them. I think they were filming a porn movie in the room next to ours. Plus our own bed was incredibly uncomfortable (Room 130....) they even had the nerve to charge us extra from the price agreed here on booking.com It’s close to everything, and right across the street from the beach

I have reviewed your folio and booking.com reservation and the rates are exactly the same. I have spoken to my staff and no noise complaints were lodged. I am sorry the bed was harder than you are used to at home.
Beautiful Beachfront View Bed was uncomfortable in the first room I had and there was a leak in the bathroom so we had to change rooms... second rooms beds were much more comfortable and the room was cleaner but when I went to get in shower the tub felt like it was floating, it was actually moving around and I had to hold onto the bar the whole time so I didn’t fall... other than that I liked second room much better... The location and the view of the beach
