My mom's room is spotless. She really likes the meals. The staff truly cares. There is great communication with me. The OT in house is excellent. Staff knows everyone's name. I would definitely recommend Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest. My dad, who also visits mom, likes the place.

The Director is very open, honest and friendly, and has a genuine care and concerned for her staff and everyone at the facility. The staff that I have worked with has been very caring and kind. And willing to listen and course correct if there is a concern. The staff and the nurses were very patient and helpful. Also in my dad's transition to their facility. It was not easy however they gave the comfort that was needed and communicating everything that was needed along the way.

Charter is a phenomenal space! When I started my research into places, I wanted to make sure to stay away from the "nursing home " feel. Both my mom and I were so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and the cleanliness! The staff were wonderful with helping us through the transition of moving my cousin from her home. I love Charter of Hazel Crest.

It's a very nice facility. The people were awesome. It's extremely clean and the food was better than most other facilities'. [name removed] was kept clean and in clean clothes. I would certainly recommend Charter Senior Living. [name removed] was only moved because of her inability to maintain the self-pay situation.

The staff at Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest was amazing. My father was there for a brief time. The level of care he was given was exceptional. Everyone at Charter was professional, positive, and very caring with our father and family. We were so grateful that our dad was able to be in hospice at this facility. They worked well with our hospice nurse and CNA to deliver skilled and compassionate care. We felt supported and well informed during this extremely difficult time.

They've just been wonderful since she's been there .I would recommend it. It was 100% better than the other facility she was in and we could afford it. The other places were much more expensive.

The thing that sticks out most about Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest is the staff. They are friendly, helpful, supportive and caring towards the residents. They have also been wonderful with communications to the family. I would recommend Charter to others looking for memory care for their loved ones.

5 stars for all categories. The things that stick out most would be that the staff is friendly and responsive to all of my loved ones needs. The facility itself is also very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest!
