RecommendedMy French Bulldog recently had surgery for Nares/ soft palate with Dr. Middlestead. I was thrilled with the Dr. And staff. This is the Towson location. So friendly and attentive. The Dr. Was available pre and post surgery and patiently answered my many questions. I was given constant updates and reassurance along the way. Bert is recovering quickly and I am so glad i chose this Dr. and location!!
I love the rehabilitation team at Towson. My Shepherd has benefited immensely from their care.
I highly recommend the surgical staff and team at CVSS. As a referring veterinarian, I have referred patients to them & have always received positive feed back from pet parents. I have also trusted them with my own dog, Jona, after he tore both of his cranial cruciate ligaments. Jona is a bit of a challenge around new people and other dogs (that is really putting it mildly). Very knowledgeable staff from the doctors all the way down to the support staff. Assisted with getting my cat emergency service and explained in detail the situation and comforted me along the way. Highly recommend.
Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists are excellent. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats and have used their services on multiple occasions. The latest was with our 7 yo Boxer who had collapsed at home and we had to take to the PET ER in Columbia. They saw us quickly and even though we couldn't go in because of COVID, Dr. Loveland from the Pet ER came outside to us and explained what the plan of treatment for our dog was and helped make a stressful situation better. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions and I had a lot.
Thank you so much to CVSS for taking care of our Roxy. Very smooth process even with the COVID stuff going on. We were both extremely scared before all this, but after speaking to Dr. Keats it really leveled out, although still a rough time it was a great experience dealing with him and the staff. Thanks so much again.
Dr.Anders, the front desk, and all the techs we came into contact with, especially Gabrielle ( forgive me, I think that was her name) were absolutely amazing during our visits there. They were so helpful and helped me navigate the does and don'ts on helping my puppy Jake heal after his accident. I especially appreciate how kind and reassuring they were to me when I felt like the worst pet mom ever! Thank you all there for your kindness and guidance.
Though the outcome of my Titan was not what I wanted to here and dreaded to here when my phone rang early that morning. Dr Burgess and staff went to the extreme trying to save my boy and gave him the best care he could’ve have been giving. They were also so caring and compassionate. And two weeks later I receive a letter from the ACVS foundation where Dr Burgess and CVSS staff made a donation made in the honor of Titan. Thank you all at cvss for giving Titan the best care while he was with you.
