Dr. Middlested and the rest of the staff at Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists are superb animal care professionals. Finnegan, a retired service dog, received excellent care when he needed a second surgery to repair a leaking intestinal suture from a first surgery to remove an intestinal obstruction. Dr Roa and all the Staff at CVSS Annapolis are just amazing! Everyone took such wonderful care of our Izzy and showed so much care, it made the entire experience so much easier. Izzy had TPLO surgery yesterday and came home today, she is resting now and doing very well.
They take pride in the seriousness of the surgery that has to be done on your pet. They also do check up calls to make sure everything is going ok.
These guys really know their stuff! They always work in the best interest of the animals, and monitor them closely to make sure there is the lowest possible chances for risk. They partner with the ER department to make sure the animals have 24hr care. Without a doubt, reccomend!
