Easy, comfortable experience for my 2.5 year old Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to my youngster as he begins his dental care experience. The hygienist was friendly, talked to and with my son about everything that was going in and let him touch and see the instruments before putting them in his mouth. Everyone made sure he was comfortable and happy, which made me comfortable and happy.
Prompt, professional and considerate We have always had a very positive experience at Children's Dental Associates in Medford. Appointments are always on time and the staff is very, very friendly and considerate to both their patients and the parents.
Love this office and the people in it. My kids are 20 &17 they have been going here since they where 2!

Professional and great with my toddler I took my 3-year old in for a cleaning and they did a great job at getting her to comply with what they needed to do. She was hesitant to sit in the dental chair by herself so they had her sit on my lap. The hygienist took the time to explain everything he was going to do to her teeth before doing it and my daughter fully complied and actually giggled quite often. I love Children's Dentist!! The staff is great and my kids say they are very gentle. I started going here after someone else told me about them. We use to good to Kool Smile's and they are the worst place ever!!
