I love Chipotle but the ones in Rochester MN are a complete letdown. They are always out of food, chances are the chips are stale and the new queso was terrible. I don't even know how you can mess up queso.
We faxed a lunch order to this location, almost every meal was missing something we asked for - 3 were missing guac, 2 were missing chicken. Very disappointed in the service at this location, will not be going back to this store.
Chipotle is normally my place to go after a hard week at work. Guacamole was not up to par. Avocado was hard and not ripe at all. It actually was gross and crunchy. Not up to expectations at all.
Meat is dry & has no flavor. I try something different when I've decided to give it another try. Overpriced for the amount of portions you receive & don't get me started on the fact that each bite is something different because nothing is mixed together.
My goodness this is HORRIBLE! I will only go to the chipotle by the mall. I paid extra for guac and double meat and I got half the amount of stuff and it was just sad I then complained and they said there was nothing they could do. Absolutely the worst location I will NEVER EVER go there again. Haven't even started yet and this pic is what we got. Looks good but the issue is if you pay extra for stuff give it to them!!!!
Ordered catering to be picked up at 11:00 am so that I could get it back to my office and set up for an 11:30 lunch meeting. The staff didn't have everything together for me until 11:35. I wouldn't recommend catering from here if you are on any sort of a time schedule.
No chips at 8pm. Free comp drink instead. . . But also paid for that.
Its nice that you are doing online / faxed in orders but if you are going to do that you need to have a separate counter for those, tonight around 7:30 it was horrible, waited forever and when it was my turn the gal put down 3 online orders before mine, I told her no way, make mine first because Ive been here forever....
Placed a online order and ordered extra chicken and some guacamole, didn't even get chicken or guacamole(they ran out of guacamole) They didn't refund me and they piled on extra cheese. Didn't even offer to refund me just slide my burrito across the counter and turned away because they were too busy talking to each other. I called the manager and she told me if I wanted to come back in and get a refund on the guacamole I could.
