Over an hour wait in line to order, while the restaurant is half empty tonight. Someone needs to be fired! There is no excuse for putting people through this.
Just had an awful experience. Took 4 people to complete my 2 burrito bowl order. They got both orders in correct. I tried to correct it before I paid but the first 2 people just put rice in a bowl and walked away. The second person tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. They third person just pushed my bowl to the check out lady and didn't revenge offer toppings. The poor check out clerk tried to help but it was too late and I was too frustrated. I ordered online and then showed up at the time I picked. I waited an extra 30 minutes before they even started making the food. The guy in front of me waited an hour. The managers were no where to be found.
The staff ignored literally every customer in line other then to find out what they wanted on their burrito or bowl. They were all way to occupied with joking around with each other, or yelling at the cooks. It wasn't busy at all and I was in line for 30 min. My food was cold by the time I made it to the end of the line to pay. This happens on a regular basis at both locations in Rochester. Hoping one day for it to get better but am disappointed every time. It will be a long time until I think about returning.
I had a run in with Chipotle a few months back. I was in Rochester running errands and needed to grab something to eat before I got too hangry (people who know me well know that isn't a pretty sight). Chipotle used to be a restaurant of choice for me until I started dating a man who raises beef cattle. I've given u guys enough chances, between slow lines and filthy restaurants ( South store). Just stopped at North store for lunch and they are closed until 2 PM. Had enough
Terrible service. Not nearly enough staff during obvious rush times.
