Finally time to give up on Chipotle in NW Rochester. Line is literally out the door and there are 3 people working the front counter. The SW store typically has 5-6 employees helping customers and line is so much faster. 4 star food with 1 star service :(.
Line was absolutely ridiculous. Took 45 minutes to get to front of line to place order. Saw 5 staff, no manager. 1 cashier, 2 on the line, 1 dishwasher, and 1 cook. Asked for fajita veggies on my steak bowl, there was literally 1 piece of onion, and 1 piece of green pepper left on the line, the male on the line asked for more veggies from the cook, they said '1 minute', I stated to the person on the line making my burrito bowl, 'it's okay, I'll wait', meaning I will gladly wait 1 minute for veggies, the person put the last 2... read more
Extremely slow. The line was about 15 people deep and I waited for over HALF AN HOUR. Ridiculous....go elsewhere!!
Lines out the door. Two people on the line. 3 in the kitchen. 1-2 in back. 30 minutes to get from door to cashier. Gone way way down hill. Same as south store.

Horrible! I have currently been in line for 40 minutes and I have only moved 20 feet!!!! Only 2 people are working the line. I have never had such slow service in 'fast food' as I have tonight. Very disappointing
What are you people doing? I wont even pull in the parking lot any more! I can see the people standing outside. 45 to 50 min wait for very mediocre meal, at an intolerable time in line. Get someone in there that can manage! No excuses for your poor operation. This is not a new problem. Going on since spring. Im done, going to eat a cheeseburger.
Wait is HORRENDOUS! It has consistently been 45+ minutes for the past year. This is unacceptable! Food isn't good enough to wait that long.
Food is always great; the wait is getting ridiculous! Waited in line for over 45 minutes! I'm assuming they had new staff on, as one wasn't sure how to do hard shell tacos Togo, and the other split my burrito upon rolling it. I Didn't want to wait longer or make the others behind me wait longer for a redo... Not likely to return for a while unless I order online to pick it up!
