Found this clump of something in my bowl, tried to tear it apart to see what it was. It was a long hair wrapped around a piece of steak and a rice ball...absolutely disgusting.. at least i got my money back.. wont eat there anymore.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff were very slow and didn't really seem to know what they were doing. The line was disgusting and the dining room was just as dirty. We went in and it was slow and no one came out to clean until we left, I had 3 big pieces of the ass of the lettuce in my bowl and when I complained to the manager she was upset that I was complaining and her only excuse was that it was busy... My boyfriend and I were very disappointed and disgusted and will not be back.
Waited at the counter for 5 minutes with no one else in the store waiting. No one greeted us so we left. So sad...
My daughter was in last night and fainted while ordering and staff did nothing. She made her way to a table and sat down while an older couple and another gentleman checked on her and got her water, while they were eating.
Horrible horrible horrible..... the line was out the door and it took 45 min.... would have drove to south location... but really should I have to!?!?.... come on!
We LOVE Chipotle but yesterday we had the worst meal we've ever had there. The burritos, while very tasty were COLD (employee didn't heat it up first) and the chips were STALE. Sure hope this is a fluke and not a trend.
Stopped by tonight for my family's supper. Got home and by far this was the WORST chipotle I have ever had! Kids wouldn't even eat it. Chicken was tough and burnt with no flavor, rice was crunchy and hard and had no flavor AT ALL!!!!! Along with there were no chips at all. there goes $32 down the drain...we had to throw it away.
