I've had CCK for over six years, they knew I was an MST case, I got 90% on my own, they convinced me that IU was my only way, even though I have over 20 service connected and well documented proof throughout my VA and civilian records, that were denied. In 6 years, not once have I ever spoke to an Attorney, just paralegals that don't know anything and cannot give you any answers, just that they're working on it. They call themselves Veterans Advocates, but if your case doesn’t bring them enough money, then they don’t want anything to do with it. They are not here to help veterans. They are here to help themselves.
I had an appeal but their person failed to even read my message. I had an appeal and a new claim plus a supplemental. the person couldn't be bothered to read it.
Unprofessional. Don't care about veterans, only care about their bottom line.
Terrible and unprofessional. After a long period of review, they stated that they wouldn't be able to assist and then gave me a referral to DAV. Wouldn't explain why they would or wouldn't take the case. It would seem like it was not enough money for them. As someone works in mental health with veterans, I can tell you that the VA process can be brutal, and when looking for help a little more compassion would have gone a long way. I'll be letting everyone I know in the veteran community to stay far far away from these folks.... read more
Spent close to 3 weeks dealing with CCK and to find out they refused to take my case and after hiring a different attorney I then found out why CCK wouldn’t take my VA case as it wasn’t a increase in percentage and it was to stop a reduction in percentage there wasn’t as much money in it for them so that’s why and I wouldn’t recommend CCK after dealing with them glad I found my attorney.
