A couple months into working on my VA claim and not one request for any supporting documents that I will need to gather for them. I guess when there is no incentive to get claims processed quickly, there is no urgency.
I have a C&P recommending %100. Va still denied the claim. CC&K were worthless!
As a U.S. Marine Corps Operation Enduring Freedom Veteran, I would not recommend this law firm. These are attorneys and paralegals just trying to choose specific cases where they can exploit veterans and make it seem like they are doing you a favor to get money.
Been three weeks since the case was declined and have yet to receive the documents that was sent to them. I keep getting assurances that they will be sent, but when a case is on a deadline, assurances do not work. No one at the firm I have spoken with can tell me any information, nor do they know where my documents are at. On top of that, other requests that I have made are being pushed to the side. This is unacceptable behavior from the staff and attorneys. It may be time to contact the RI Disciplinary Board.
