RecommendedCCK represented me during my case at the US Court of Veteran Appeals and kick Butt. I retired in 2001 at 10%. I did not why 10% was not the correct Rating, I just knew it was wrong. After many years of VA denials CC&K represented me in front of the court of appeals and elevated me to the appropriate resting of 80% by showing the VA what they did wrong. Along the way I learned that I have rights and I shall not let the VA push me aside. Thank you CC&K!

Only spoke with an intake clerk. She called twice. After a week with no contact we called back. “They are sorry they couldn’t take our case but maybe someone else would”. No explanations. 👎

RecommendedI thought all hope was lost trying to get from 93% TO 100%. The DAV referred me to CC&K. They went to court and won. I have been trying for so many years to get the 100% that I deserved. All it took was for CC&K to take my case.
