you have to file yur initial claim and get a ruling before this agency helps, they don't seem to have much expertise

Not the best plase to go for VA claims, actually its almost as if it was the VA treating your case. Only diference is the longer it takes the more money they make. And if you don't think their helping tuff cookie because you still have to pay them even if you have to do all your own run around. So if you think DAV is slow because they make no money, what would someone that makes more money the longer it takes does?
