The first time I went, the food was great. The service was a little lacking, the second time the food wasn't as good and the food was worse.
The Chocolat Restraurant Louge was very nice, the atmosphere was so relaxing, the food and drinks where good. Our waitress was excellent and the restraurant allowed my guess to relax and worry about a thing. I had a party of ten and we were treated with kindness, respect, and smiles, by everyone.
Chocolat Lounge made a special occasion even more exciting. The customer service was great and they were very welcoming. I would highly recommend them.
Great service and food in the FDB neighborhood--so much fun!
Everything was wonderful except our waitress was not attentive and getting our food took 30+ minutes.
The neighborhood is great. My party came from seeing a show. The food took awhile to arrive but it was worth it.
We were seated immediately after our entire party arrived. While waiting we sampled happy hour drinks, which were very good. Dinner was excellent. The entire party marveled at the decor, ambiance, service and the food.
Great food and wonderful ambience, service was a bit slow.
Only flaw: a bit pricey for what is excellent but not extraordinary food.
