I do not believe the final numbers were the number given to us in the beginning. When I inquired for a copy of some paperwork via email I didn't received it. When I called for the paperwork I didn't received all the pages needed. I also noticed the conversations concerning the numbers would get a bit heated.
Working with Mike and his team was a pleasure. He simplified all the details and made everything easy to understand with our refinance. Great experience, I would highly recommend to others.
Near the end I received a closing statement far different than my estimate, then at closing it did not match what I had been provided. When I asked about funds at closing I was not told who to make it to or that it had to be a wire transfer. Too much wrong or missing information on the last days. I am happy with the loan I received.
