The people always make the experience. It was a bit rough getting started with the process; but, once underway things went smoothly. However, I felt disconnected during the closing process. There are still some unknowns concerning the mortgage servicing process. We're almost there. While I generally give the staff high marks, the experience was not perfect.
This has been the easiest most painless refi my husband and I have ever been involved with. Zero headaches!
