Chris was responsive and always there to help. This process can be very confusing but he was never more than a call away to help explain things. We had a lot of decisions to make and constantly asked for changes to the loan to see different options and he never hesitated to help and to do it quickly. Our closing costs were so reasonable and I would definitely recommend Chris to friends and family.
Chris and his team are very upfront and transparent with their clients, so they understand what the financing will look like even before they are under contract. They have been a pleasure to work with. He and his team are great at communicating throughout the whole process and focus on getting the deal done.
Chris was incredible throughout this process. The market is absolutely crazy right now and the fact that Chris was there to answer all of our questions and reach out on our behalf for the total of 8 offers that we made is amazing. The interest rate we received could not be beat and he helped us make our offer more competitive by getting an Appraisal Waiver as well. This was our second time working with Chris and don't see any reason to look elsewhere in the future!!
Chris was extremely responsive and flexible. While the fees were slightly higher than another group we were thinking about working with Chris made up for that with his professional and very timely responses. I know I did not have an inquiry that went more than 12hrs unanswered.

Chris and his team did a really great job for us, helping us to make decisions about the best way to benefit from a refinance. there were a couple of curve balls that were thrown at us during the process that Zenith was able to turn to our advantage. We are happy to recommend Chris' service to al our friends and family.
Chris did a great job in communicating and getting back to us with lending numbers. We wouldn't have gotten our house without his quick thinking and finding a solution to cover the appraisal gap. At closing the title official said our rate was the lowest she'd seen. High marks across the board.
Despite a busy schedule Chris was always quick to get back to us with any questions. He really came through by finding a last minute solution for us on a Saturday morning that allowed us to get in our bid and purchase our home. He knows what he's doing, is quick at navigating the situation, and great at communicating.
