One of our social security numbers appeared incorrect on a form and required redoing some forms several times. This required pulling a second credit report which delayed the process. To our surprise, our preliminary closing disclosure had the property tax and condo insurance rolled into the loan making it bigger than we expected. We had to call to find out what was going on. Our loan processor had trouble finding out our HOA insurance information and never asked us for it.
I am a first time home buyer and Chris Hauber and his team made the process easy and painless. I would definitely recommend them.
