Chris and the Zenith team made this important life event a breeze. As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions and Chris was very communicative and always happy to jump on the phone to answer any questions we had. This was a great experience for my wife and we're thrilled about our new nome.

We talked about my needs the end of February. I was able to get the documents required in right away, and the process went smoothly and fairly quickly. The notary came to my home and finished signing on April 5 so it took just over a month. I didn't have to jump through unnecessary hoops and they kept me informed of where we were in the process. I am pleased it went so well!
