I'll just say that, with this as this is my third real estate transaction, I would and will work with Chris forevermore. From the very start, in mid Jan., through closing in mid Feb., Chris and his team were at my side managing the insane amount of detail. Chris was extremely personable and knowledgeable in helping us navigate our way successfully through the entire refinancing process. We were a bit taken aback by the huge amount of documentation the underwriting lender(s) required; and our unfamiliarity with online filing procedures (new, to us, since the last time we financed a home) seemed complicated for us. But Chris was always available to help us when necessary, and he did so with remarkable patience and good humor. He was great!
