Everything went quickly and smoothly. Rate was competitive and we were able to close early. Any questions or concerns I had were handled swiftly and professionally and I had a few being a first time buyer. Even while purchasing a home during the holidays and a pandemic, the process still took much sooner than expected. Chris makes everything so easy and worked so hard to get our mortgage to work for us! We had credit and logistics problems to untangle, ours was in no way an easy loan, but he did everything he could to ensure we had the outcome we needed and was always there to answer questions (no matter how silly we thought they were) with a smile. Chris was amazing to work with! He was on top of everything and answered every one of my questions!
