OnQ Financial is a great organization. Luckily Chris was keeping an eye on my mortgage and let me know when there was a program available to do a refinance that will save me lots over the life of my loan. They are very responsive during the loan approval process and Chris was always available to explain fees, loan credits, whatever, so I could feel comfortable understanding what was going on. I will definitely use their services again.
Chris closed both my original home loan and the closed on a recent refinancing. My original loan was unique and Chris made sure all the requirements were met so there was no delay in the closing process. The refinance was as easy as the document sign process online.
