Chris was very communicative with us during the lead up to closing and answered all our questions. Our biggest struggle was the last week of closing and feeling like we had to reach out for information and confirmation that they had everything they needed. This was a bigger issue with our escrow officer, Brittany, and loan officer, Shanel, who did not respond to our issues in a timely enough matter.
