Chris was great about getting back to us whenever we had questions, and would call to check in periodically to see how we were doing. It was also nice to meet him officially during the closing process. It was great that he was there.

Chris was always willing to explain all facets of getting a mortgage with KB Homes. He was patient with my questions and I felt he was looking out for my best interests too.
