Chris was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was excellent at answering our questions and explaining complex concepts. He made himself available and always responded in a timely manner. This has been a great experience!

Chris was always willing to explain all facets of getting a mortgage with KB Homes. He was patient with my questions and I felt he was looking out for my best interests too. I loved working with Chris from the moment I met him. He was full of knowledge about rates, contract terms and KB, etc. He always had answers to my questions and was patient until I understood!
