Chris was very responsive and also patient when there were items that took longer to submit. In one instance, ten days before our closing , there was a request from underwriters for Joe’s first paystub from Jefferson County which we could not provide. There was a sense of urgency in getting this request resolved and Chris responded immediately and issue the potential crisis was averted.
