As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the entire process, particularly the loan. Chris was very patient and polite while answering all of my questions. He took the time and effort to help me understand the process and how it works. He was available at all times and was very prompt with returning calls and emails. I highly recommend Chris if you want your loan approval to be fuss-free!

This was the first time I purchased a home and I had no idea how it all works. Chris and Carmen, who works with him, took care of everything. They explained everything in a simple and easy to understand way. I felt very comfortable having friendly, patient and knowledgeable people help me through this. Wouldn't be living where I am now if it wasn't for him and the people working for him. I contacted him because I was in search of a loan for a short sale home I was interested in purchasing as my first ever home! And yeah I always get that reaction of "shorts sales aren't always short". Well not in my case, in total it took about 4 months from listing to close. Which to me I guess is shorter than average. Chris was phenomenal! He took the time to explain all of my options and offered suggestions based on his experience. (trust me take his advice!) He worked around the clock with me and I truly appreciated him being flexible with his schedule to help me. Even after we closed he was still checking in to make sure I was happy and that the all repairs were being completed. I have and would continue to recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.
