Five stars are not enough. I was a first time home buyer and got the run around from different banks. Chris was recommended to me, and from our first phone conversation I knew I was going with him. Chris went above and beyond to help me out. Always answered my calls and called back right away, even when he was home or off that day. Despite a few bumps along the way, which were beyond Chris's control, the entire process as a first time home-buyer was nowhere near as bad as I expected. I have no doubt that were I to have used a lender other than Chris Winzig and Flagstar Bank this would not be true. Whenever I had a question or concern Chris was easy to get a hold of and promptly provide an answer. I would highly recommend Chris and Flagstar Bank to anyone, friends and family included, looking to secure a mortgage!
Well at the beginning we had another rep from another bank that did not work out well- its was taking months and months to get accomplished what Chris Winzig did in a quarter of the time. He was great with us and made everything so much less complicated. In fact we will be using him again in a couple months for some re-financing.
