Still has helped us to refinance twice in recent years. Each time we compared mortgage interest rates and the closing cost among at least 10 mortgage agencies. He always offer the best rate! Over he never played the math trick with us (you know some mortgage agent quotes a very low interest rate but with extreme closing cost). I have recommended him to many of my friends and they are all happy with his service! By the way, it usually only take about 3 weeks to complete the refinance with him.
