Even though I am on the other side of the coast from him, Christan was always there to answer any of my questions I had and made the whole experience painlessly easy! What I value the most from his service was his sense of urgency. He is always quick to respond back, follow up and give guidance. So guess what, we closed within 3 weeks! If your looking to close ASAP like me, he's the guy! I highly recommend him and will use his service again!

Called many lenders, few only responded with the rate I was looking for and Christian was one of them. However from the very beginning his prompt response really impressed me. Whenever I had some questions I contacted him and he always responded me back with proper explanations. Even after the loan is closed I had some questions regarding the loan transfer and he helped me there as well by taking the initiative and contacting the right group. I would definitely highly recommend him for any of my friends.

Christian was awesome. Between emails, texts, and phone calls, he kept us up to date on how the process was going. When we had a couple of issues during the process, he got them resolved quickly.

Initially i went with other lender and they were not able to process my loan and it gets delayed and then i had a chance to talk to Christian Haas and he promised me that he will complete the Loan process within 30 days and he did before that as he promised. Constantly he give updates about the status of the loan and the good thing i like is whenever I asked anything through email he replied back sooner. Chris was knowledgable and helpful. The only draw back was that I couldn't call him directly. I had to either leave him a voicemail or email/text him. Sometimes it's easier to speak to someone instead of writing my question or texting it.
