Christine was everything I could have asked for in a lender: 1) She was very easy to work with (text, email, call directly), 2) she found a creative funding solution tailored to my circumstances, without which we couldn’t have made the deal, 3) she was super quick enabling us to put in offer in within tight timelines and close without any stress, 4) her team minimized unnecessary work on our end (portal was easy to use, minimal paperwork), and 5) she kept us up to date with no hiccups. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a pretty complicated setup because of tax to income ratio, arranging co-signers, and searching for a very specific home in a very specific location. Christine made the process so easy, including calling various people for me, and making sure the paperwork was spot-on. Definitely will use her for all future mortgage and HELOC loans!
