The staff were very kind & helpful. The Gold Lounge was good, but too many people/ children to really enjoy but it was Christmas after all. Good food mosttly & lovely property. The Spa is great & exercise faculty more than ample!!
Very Clean property and we'll mantained. Sometimes when you call with a problem it takes them time to respond or you might call severally before they respond.Truth be told though,this did not happen always.
This is my 4th stay. Love this property! Great staff. Will say that room service food quality is down. Only disappointment
Christmas decorations and activities were tremendous. Rooms very clean and conforrable and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant s were great.
Everything was ok except their housekeeping. Everyday they came to make room around 3-4 which is we always come back from outside to get some rest. Other than everything was ok.
