I love the staff. No nickle and diming at this resort. I was unaware of all the Holiday kid's activities. I would have liked a more secluded room away from all the activities but the staff made up for it 10 fold.
Great acomodations, great Christmas ambiance, La Hacienda Reataurant has great mexican food!!
Thanksgiving Family Getaway Terrific family friendly facility. We just returned and will definitely visit again. The Christmas light, celebration was awesome!

We had an amazing time beautiful resort.
Hotel was nice but the grounds maintenance personnel have little respect for guests. This time we were woken up at 6:00 AM to a groundskeeper outside our 3rd floor window with a chainsaw trimming a palm tree just feet from our balcony. Not the first time we had an issue with the grounds maintenance personnel doing loud work at odd hours near guest rooms.
