My family and I have stayed here about once a year for many years. The staff and property are perfectly set up for kids, particularly the pool areas. This year (I suppose because of COVID), the property kept its holiday carnival and events set up through the spring which included rides, ice skating, etc. It was a big hit. Definitely a repeat property for us.

This resort has a lot of recreational options for families and the casitas are well suited for feeling like you’re at home. The grounds are incredible and most of the staff was very attentive and helpful. However, for being a Fairmont, there are certain expectations that were not met. The casita bathrooms are outdated and need retiling. The food is just ok and not worth the price. My husband got incredibly sick the first day and all we ate was hotel food. Makes you wonder. Lovely place... staffs were amazing. Hotel room was clean and exotic. Beautiful terrain. Valet parking staff were extremely polite. Location was close to everything. Will definitely come here again!
