This place is very expensive but we love going during Christmas time for Christmas at the princess the rooms are very nice and the customer service is great! Great holiday event

It’s a great resort for families, especially those with kids and pets. It can approve when it comes to attracting more families of diversity.

Very nice resort but the Christmas Party is bringing a ton of non hotels guests to the property. Hotel guests get a bit “casted aside” by this. Front area Valet is a complete cluster on Friday and Saturday night. If you are planning on staying plan ahead for purposes of leaving the property.

Great resort with below average service The overall property is great but the overall chaos at the resort due to Christmas shows was not advertised on Hotels.com and that whole experience was chaotic. Even guests had to wait in parking lines meant for Christmas event attendees for regular in and out. The overall service was poor due to under staffing. It felt like being on a Disney resort with too many random people and events.
