Loved this resort, and the rooms are AMAZING and CLEAN
My family loved the lagoon scenery, Mexican restaurant, pool and fireworks
We attended the freedom fest for the 4th of July. They did a great job of keeping COVID precautions while also giving guests a wonderful fireworks show. People wore their masks and maintained social distance.

The service was top notch! Especially loved the spa...so relaxing!
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool area. We had multiple towels that were very stained and dirty. The pools deck, chairs and umbrellas all need to be power washed. There was a ton of bird poop. The staff and restaurants were great.
The property was beautiful and very clean! Staff amazing and friendly!! To no fault of the property, due to the coronavirus, a lot of the amenities were not available!!

Very nice place! Beautiful! Only part I didn’t like was When the bird man Was so close to the restraunt while people were eating. It was very close to our table when the bird pooped right by us. This was disgusting . Other than that it is a great place to stay!
