We visited the hotel years ago and had a great time, this time however was very different. The room was not al all as the photos on the web site, it was outdated and no nice view at all. The balcony was not nice. We asked for another room and willing to pay for an upgrade, but they said no rooms were left, they were rude. Tired after a long trip, we really expected a nice room . Property was very clean and quiet in the room. Very comfortable bed. Difficult to get service and chairs at the pool, but resort may be understaffed due to Covid. We had less than expected experiences with unfriendly staff at the front desk and at the Plaza Bar (bartenders). Had very friendly service at the restaurants and with the bellman.
