The pools are very nice. There was a family-friendly Halloween event going on so it's definitely a family-focused property.

Great resort with below average service The overall property is great but the overall chaos at the resort due to Christmas shows was not advertised on Hotels.com and that whole experience was chaotic. Even guests had to wait in parking lines meant for Christmas event attendees for regular in and out. The overall service was poor due to under staffing. It felt like being on a Disney resort with too many random people and events.
