The property was very pretty and the staff was accommodating to the best of their abilities but the main pool was closed for renovation and there was a lot of over crowding at the other pools. you couldn't get a lounge chair unless you were at the pool before 9 am. It was very chaotic, plus no life guards on duty. Very unnerving for a parent with young kids.
So much to choose to do,all on site . The restaurants were over-priced, and only one was kid- friendly.
Beautiful, but widen sidewalks There was heavy and loud construction throughout the main part of the facility, but hotels need to upgrade so it will be beautiful once its done. My only real complaint is the sidewalks are not wide enough. We were constantly having to get off the sidewalks to let all the staff-driven golf carts pass.
El hotel está en remodelación y al hacer la reservación no se da aviso de que gran parte no está en funcionamiento, hay mucho ruido por la obra. El personal de front desk fue muy poco comprensivo, dio malas soluciones y hubo cargos dobles por hacer late check out. La comida de muy mala calidad en restaurantes Toro y la Hacienda. Everything about this hotel was incredible. All the way from check in to check out. The staff went above and beyond everyday and the property grounds were beautiful every way we turned. Our bell man upon arrival deserves so much praise. His name was Jerry and he was incredible. He took such great care of us and you could just tell he loved his job. It’s really hard to come across such great customer service these days but Fairmont staff gets a 10 from us! I highly recommend this hotel for kids as well. They made my daughter ... read more
